With plenty of nieces and nephews, holiday shopping can always be a little....well, crazy! With kids ranging in age from 1-11, everyone's interests are so different. Because we don't always get to spend as much time as we'd like together, Matt and I are not always up-to-date on current interests and hobbies, no matter how much we try. One thing I have discovered is that each of our nieces and nephews enjoys arts and crafts activities, which is why A Craft Party is a great solution to the "what to buy" anxiety we often face.

About the Company:

A Craft Party is the creation of Amy Lokken, a mom & crafter, who thought to herself "What if you could get a kit with detailed instructions and all of the items you need to complete that craft?".

The company offers individual crafts, supplies to host an in-person or virtual party, and even a subscription option. You can shop by craft type (Building, Paper, or Painting) or by age group (3-5 years olds, 6-8 years old, or 9+years old).

A Craft Party ensures that their crafts come with extremely detailed instructions (tested on people who proclaim to not be "crafty") and everything you need for craft completion. If you do need to provide anything, it will be clearly stated in the instructions and something that is readily available in the home.

Look at that excitement!

We were able to review 2 of A Craft Party's Painting Kits- the sloth and the hedgehog. The girls were so excited to get their painting on and I loved that each kit really did include everything they needed to complete it! Everything was neatly and safely packed into the box and the directions were very thorough, but easy to follow.

We have our shopping list all made out and A Craft Party Kits are on it! D and R really enjoyed themselves during the entire project and all of the available crafting options provide enough choices for each child, but not so many that it's overwhelming.
