Help Get Your Waist Into Shape with Waist-training

One thing that many of us have in common right now, is that we have probably put on a few extra pounds during the quarantine. There are some of us who have not cared one bit about how our bodies look and have decided that a few extra pounds are nothing. On the other hand, there are those of us who care greatly about those extra pounds and want to make sure that when we all come out of this mess, we don't look like one! Now, with that being said, we should love our bodies no matter the shape or size, that's what makes us unique, but if you are looking for a way to make those pants fit a little bit better, why not try waist-training.

Now over the years, celebrities have made waist training extremely popular and it's something that has been a bit controversial, so if it's something you decide to do, make sure to check with a doctor first before jumping into it. A great place to start looking for some is Feelingirldress.com, where they have several styles for you to choose from. One thing that immediately caught my eye is that there are several waist and thigh trainers in one. One of my major problem areas, when I work out, is my inner thighs. While I seem to be able to lose inches, toning it up can be difficult and often a huge struggle. One that I was drawn to, not only for the price point of $11.99, but also the design of it is the:

Another thing that I like about some of these wholesale waist trainers is that they are made of neoprene, which is very comfortable to wear. If you aren't in the need for a thigh and waist trainer, you can always go for a corset-style waist trainer with boning, which would be more of a traditional waist trainer. This will help with posture and slimming down your waistline. One waist trainer that I thought looked great is the:

Natural Black Neoprene Waist Trainer 10 Steel Bones High Quality

Not only does this look comfortable to wear, but it also seems like it is easy to put on by yourself. Many waist trainers require a second person to help get you in, but with a quick zip and a cinch, you're in-in a pinch! This also looks very easy to work out in, if that is how you desire to use yours.

One of the biggest draws for me is the fact that the waist trainers are not unaffordable. Most of the time, waist trainers can be upwards of $100, which deters a lot of people from trying them out. Here, you have cheap waist trainers that are affordable for anyone's budget. One of my favorite one's being:

Durable Camo Print Latex Waist Trainer Sling-Belt Soft-Touch for only $12.45

I love the colors and print in this waist trainer, and the fact that it is only $12.45 blows my mind. I would expect this to be at least $60.00 at other retails stores. I'm so impressed with the selection and prices that FeelinGirl offers and I hope you will be too!
