Summer camp is a favorite memory of mine from childhood. My husband and I were planning on sending our son (age 9) to camp this summer, but plane have certainly changed, and we are taking on the role of Camp Directors at home this summer, thanks to Camp Warner Bros! All summer long, we'll be sharing amazingly cool and fun family home entertainment from our friends at Warner Bros, as well as awesomely fun camp activities that you can your families can enjoy right at home!
This week is Superhero Week, and we are stoked to hang with some of our favorite superheroes of all time... ahem, Batman ring a bell? My husband is the biggest Batman fan I know, so of course, he has passed this love onto our kids. The couldn't wait to dress up as superheroes and workout with Batman this week!
Along with working out with Batman, we checked out LEGO® DC: Shazam! Magic and Monsters!
10-year-old Billy Batson shouts a single word and, with lightning bolts flashing, he transforms into Shazam!, a full-fledged adult Super Hero. Our Thoughts:
LEGO DC adventures are loved HARD in our house! When B first discovered these cool adventures, he barely watched anything else. We were so stoked to dive into this all new adventure! This all new movie is filled with adventure and mystery! My son loves Batman, and absolutely loved seeing one of his favorite heroes in this film, while meeting SHAZAM! Beanie Boo also loved discovering some girl power in this feature, as well! As a mom, I love any story like this one which promotes working together- a great lesson for kids of all ages! This has become a fast favorite in our house!
