As hard as it is to admit, I have become extremely lazy since the summer months, and have really been slacking on my exercises. #1, I like to wear yoga apparel and usually keep it on after my workout until it's time to get ready for bed. I'm not into changing my clothing ten times a day. I save my workouts for 5 pm, before dinner, after the bulk of the day is done, and that way, I can just wear the yoga outfit around the house.

#2, I like to gift yoga apparel.

Most of the women in my family also love yoga pants and accompanying apparel. A lot of us tend to do pilates or actual yoga, so form-fitting yoga pants are a great option for holiday gifting. They're wanted, and they are practical. After personal budget crunches that occurred a while ago, my gym workouts ceased and I entered back into the foray of home workouts. While typically focusing on cardio options such as walks or dancing, I've often needed little equipment at home. I've always kept a yoga mat and hand weights around, but not much more than that. Getting a personal yoga mat like in Pureful Yoga would work in attaining a proper workout routine.

These yoga leggings are a new favorite staple in my activewear wardrobe. They are even more beautiful in person than they are in the photo. I love wearing these. I will note that they run a bit on the small side, so if you're unsure of how they might fit, I would suggest sizing up. They are form-fitting and don't leave much to the imagination.
