Kindness Matters
I pray as my children grow up that they will know just how much kindness matters.
You can be the prettiest person in the world, but that won’t matter if you have an ugly attitude.
Kindness matters.
Loves and Likes are superficial. They do not define you as a person. You are so much more than loves and likes on a social media post. Spread love without trying to get the likes.
Kindness matters.
You are no better than anyone else. Meaning, the janitor at your school, is just as important as the Principal.
Kindness matters.
Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words won’t ever hurt me. That’s a lie. Words hurt. You can’t take what you say back. Choose your words wisely.
Kindness matters.
Don’t judge a book by its cover. It’s easy to put on a happy front, no one wants to show their time of weakness and vulnerability. You have no idea what someone is going through.
Kindness matters.
We’re all unique. We are all good at different things. Just because you’re not good at one thing, doesn’t mean your not good at something else. We were all born with special gifts.
Kindness matters.
Be a cheerful giver. Give of your time and resources. It’s good for your soul.
Kindness matters.
People will always remember how you made them feel. They can forgive, but they won’t forget.
Kindness matters.
In the fabulous words of GaGa,
“No matter gay, straight, or bi
Lesbian, transgendered life...No matter black, white or beige...”
Kindness matters.
Life can be hard. HATE is real. Judgement is everywhere.
Kindness matters.
There are so many important things to teach our children. What are you hoping to teach your children?
