13 Delicious Desserts to Make For 4th of July!

Happy Tuesday, friends! It's kind of hard to believe that in just 2 days many of us will be celebrating Independence Day. I don't know about you, but I'm kind of not ready for the 4th. I mean, celebrating and fun with family and friends- bring that on, but I'm still kind of in shock that it's even July already.

If you're like me, and you have a tendency to put things off until the last minute, you might have been staying up long past the point any human being should, to figure out what you'll be serving (or bringing along) for your 4th of July get together. Well, I'm going to help you out with some dessert ideas from some of our fellow blogger friends.

1. This American Flag Snack Tray, from The Diary of a Debutante, is a great choice for those of us trying not to go overboard with all of the holiday treats. Its' me, I'm "those of us".

2. How sweet are these Red, White, & Blue Jello Parfaits from Dancing Through the Rain? I know both of my girls would absolutely love these!

3. This Paleo Flag Cake, from  A Clean Bake, almost looks too good to eat. Well, not almost, it does look too good to eat, but I like cake and I'd eat it anyway!

4. These American Flag Kabobs, from Amanda's Cooking, are another great alternative for those of us trying to eat more fruit.

5. I know some of my friends and family members will be excited for this Keto Red, White, and Blue Vanilla Fudge recipe from Chasing a Better Life!

6. These Flag Rice Krispie Treats from Making of a Mom, are bound to be a hit with the kiddos at your festivities. Heck, they'll be a hit with the adults too!

7. These Patriotic Pinwheel Cookies, from right here at Mommy's Block Party, are one of my all-time favorite "4th" treats.

8. How amazing do these Fourth of July Mini Cake Trifles, from Foodal, look? I'm going to have to invest in some mason jars.

9. Cheesecake is one of my favorite treats and I love the idea of a strawberry serving as the "crust". You can find the recipe for Red, White, & Blue Strawberry Cheesecake Bites at The Kitchen is My Playground.

10. These Red, White, and Blue Chocolate Covered Strawberries, from Melanie Cooks, wouldn't last the car ride to our first holiday party.

11. Would you just look at these Red, White, and Blue Oreo Cookies, from Mom Does Reviews!?! I want to make these, but I don't want to eat them all. Well, I don't want to want to eat them all.

12. I'd have to make 2 of these Patriotic American Flag Fruit Tart, from Three Olives Branch,  One to bring to the party and one to keep home for myself!

13. These Homemade Fruit Popsicles, from Wicked Spatula, are making me want to run right to the store to grab some new popsicle trays. I need these in my life, not just for the 4th, but all summer long!
