Happy Friday, friends! We have just 28 days left until that magical first day of summer vacation and only 19 of them are school days. We've been working on adding items to our  Summer To-Do List, finding teacher gifts for the end of the year, and just trying to stay motivated these last few weeks.




This morning started out as one of those "not so motivated" days. I woke up with a sore throat and just didn't want to leave my bed. I kept hitting the snooze button on my alarm and only got up because my sister, my sweet sweet angel of a sister, swung by this morning to bring D to school. As a bonus surprise, she had my nephew with her, so the girls got to spend a few minutes with their Aunt and cousin E, which is always a nice way to start the day.

Now that I've been awake for a little while, I'm feeling slightly more motivated. My throat still hurts a bit, but I will work through it. I will do the things and drink the coffee and smile and be thankful that God has given me another day with my loved ones!
