As a mom, my first priority and greatest job is keeping my kids safe. It isn't something that I take lightly, and I strive to think one step ahead concerning my children's safety. I'm the mom who makes my eight-year-old link arms with me when we're in a parking lot, even though he's almost as big as I am. Up until this week, we managed not to have to take our oldest to Urgent Care or the ER. I can't believe we made it 8 1/2 years before his first accident. That's how serious I am about safety, though. B is sort of like I am- a bit timid and more reserved. Bean, however, is our wild child, and doesn't think twice before doing something seemingly dangerous. She just turned three two weeks ago and already has ER and Urgent Care visits under her belt, despite my best efforts to keep her safe at all times. Bean loves to help in the kitchen, and likes to drag her tiny step stool from the bathroom sink into the kitchen to stand on when helping wash dishes, and baking. The problem is- she likes to twist and turn on the stool, and often falls off the sides, or flips it over.

Bean has received lots of bruises from falling off of her tiny stool, and her dad and I knew that we had to find something safer to help her keep her balance and help keep her from falling to the hard tile floor in the kitchen. Simplay3's genius toddler tower adjustable stool is giving us peace of mind when Bean helps out in the kitchen.
The toddler tower arrived in a large box, and came with detailed, but easy to follow instructions for assembly. It took my husband around ten minutes to put it together, and then it was ready for a test run in the kitchen.

The toddler tower is super durable, made with double walled materials. It offers complete enclosure, so your toddler is kept safe on all sides. Tower platform grows with your child & adjusts to three heights 18”, 15”, & 12”. Shown above is the middle height level, which allows Bean to reach the countertops in our kitchen. The bottom step and the adjustable platform are grooved, so you don't have to worry about either of them being slick.
The tower supports up to 150 lbs, which means that my oldest can also stand on it. The grip-handles on the sides made it easy to lift and transport, and it's lightweight enough that it can be moved with ease by mom or dad. It can also be easily cleaned and wiped down, which is awesome because we've primarily been using the toddler tower in the kitchen- where we make lots of messes!
Making cookies is one of Bean's favorite things, and with the toddler tower, she can safely reach the mixer and help mom or dad pour in the ingredients.
The toddler tower is so helpful to me and my husband. Bean is at an age where she wants to be a big girl and help us do everything, and she also wants to gain a little independence. We want to encourage her, but also keep her safe at all times, and the toddler tower helps us do that. We can stand side by side at the counter or sink, and Bean can safely reach surfaces to help do little jobs. Her favorite thing in the world is to help her daddy bake, and we can feel good about letting her help (with supervision) thanks to the toddler tower. We know that if she leans back too far, the tower will keep her from falling, and that gives us a big sense of security.
We're so thankful to have this amazing 'mom and dad helper' from Simplay3. We've been really impressed by all of the Simplay3 products we've tried out. They bring a lot of happiness and laughter to our home, which is a true blessing. We know our kiddos are safe when using them and are having a lot of fun.
