Today, I'm shouting out a few local businesses that I love. Yes, most of them are food related because we have a variety of options in Brownsburg. It's nice to be able to find great customer service and great quality locally. 

My first shout out is to a local boutique, Ella Mae's. A mom had a dream, followed it, and started her own store. It became so popular, she was able to move into a larger space and open a formal boutique.

Ella Mae's is special because the owner also gives back to the community on a regular basis and in a variety of ways. You must support those who support you.

Hilligoss Bakery

My next shout out is to Hilligoss Bakery. Marking their 45th year in business this year, they know how to make pastries and delicious treats. I love their devil's food donut and pecan pastry the most, but you can't go wrong with anything you choose. Handmade daily and now accepting credit cards, Hilligoss is a must stop for anyone in town for any reason. Donuts, cookies, cupcakes, and cinnamon rolls. You know they look good. 

Jack's Donuts

Shout out to Jack's! Jack's opened a couple of years ago in Brownsburg. The chain started in southern Indiana and keeps franchising. The selection is always varied and their hours are long, making it possible to stop in for a morning, afternoon, or evening treat. Their donuts are delicious and the customer service is excellent. 

So Italian!

My next and last shout out is to So Italian! Locally owned and operated, their food is next to none. Pizza, pasta, salads, calzones, and more. My favorite is a chef's salad, stuffed breadsticks, and pizza, but you can't go wrong! So Italian! also gives back to the community on a regular basis. Having religious owners, they are closed on Sundays so plan on a different day to stop in for some delicious, homemade Italian food.
