Where are my Yoga lovers? I have only tried Yoga a couple of times and I wasn't very good at it. I have so many friends and family that attend Yoga classes on a regular basis and absolutely love it. I am going to give it another try and Supported Soul is helping take that first step. I can't wait to use this amazing Yoga mat that I received from them.

My co-worker has back issues and she attends Yoga classes regularly and says that they help her back pain so much. I am hoping to have those same results. I am so lucky to teach at a school that values self care for their staff. We have an amazing parent who is a Yoga instructor and she teaches a staff Yoga class weekly after school. My goal for the New Year is to take better care of myself and make more time for me. This is something that I rarely do. I plan to begin attending the weekly Yoga class and can't wait to use my Supported Soul mat.
