It's officially the most wonderful time of the year. And my favorite part of Christmas is stockings. Growing up, it was just my brother and I that received stockings - Santa didn't bring stockings for Mom and Dad. As I got older, I knew that I wanted to do stockings as a family when the time came to start my own family. Fast forward to moving in with my then-boyfriend (now-husband) five years ago. I expressed this desire to him and we decided to begin our stocking tradition. So each year, I fill a stocking for him and he fills a stocking for me. It is still my most-looked-forward-to part of Christmas each year. But let's be honest - Putting together a stocking for a grown man isn't always an easy task.
