Jolly Good Games for the Whole Family from Goliath Games + Holiday Game Bundle #Giveaway #MBPHGG18

Thanks to Goliath Games for providing me with product for review. All thoughts shared are my own.

Every year, my family enjoys a bit of R & R after Christmas. It usually begins with a little reunion, my sister and brother-in-law joining us in NC from OK for a few days of family time at my mom and dad's house. From there, we usually all vacation together, staying someplace that feels very much like home with lots of room for the kids to play, and for us to enjoy good food, fun, and games. My husband and I both grew up with 'family game night' being a weekly occurrence, and it's a tradition that we've worked hard to continue with our kids.

When the whole family gets together, we love to gather around the table and play games. It's a great way to pass the time, exercise our minds, and a great way for the generations (parents, grandparents and young kids) to bond. We look for unique games to share as gifts every holiday season- gifts that are perfect for our kids (ages 2, and 8), but also games that can be enjoyed by older kids and adults... a little something for everyone.

Goliath Games has been delighting families with various types of games and activities for families since 1980! They're a family-run company, which is perfectly fitting since their focus is on bringing families together through their amazingly silly and fun games. Goliath has so many games, you guys! They have games for toddlers, elementary age kids, older kids, and cool games for teens and grown-ups, too! They have something for everyone in every age group on your holiday gift-giving list!

I was able to preview a few games so I could share some of my top picks for the 2018 Holiday Season. My aim was to find games and activities which would be enjoyed by various ages of folks in my own family, which includes toddlers, kids under 10, teens, and adults.

For Toddlers & Preschoolers

Littles ones can create with Paint-Station!

My top pick from Goliath for Toddlers and Preschoolers this year is the Paint-Station. This is one of Goliath's newer products, and is perfect for little ones who loves to paint, draw, and explore their creativity! Little Bean loves to paint- her teachers have even made a point of telling me how much she loves to paint at school. I thought about buying her a stand-up easel for Christmas, but they're so big, and take up a lot of room. This set features a tabletop stand-up easel, fillable, unspillable paint brushes, and containers of paint. It's easy to set up, easy to store, and comes with everything your little budding artist needs to explore and create their own masterpieces!

Features

Get ready to create anywhere with the Paint-Sation Easel Set! Complete with 3 brightly colored self-contained paint pods with 1.4 ounces of paint each, the unique easel holds the pods for hands-free fun! Simply touch your brush along the specially-designed bristles, and you’re ready to paint. If you turn the pod upside-down, the paint won’t drip out! Moms and kids will agree – this paint is Paintsation-al! Recommended for ages 3 and up.

Non-toxic, water-based paints.

For Big Kids

Domino Rally provides hours of fun for older kids!

As a momma to an eight-year-old, I can say it's been a struggle to find cool Christmas gifts this year. He's not really into 'toys' anymore and loves to build and construct. My husband suggested dominos a while back, but I wasn't sure the focus and concentration would be strong enough at the time. B has since become obsessed with watching YouTube videos of dominos.

The Domino Rally set from Goliath is awesome! Not only is it a big set of colorful dominos which your kiddos will love, but it's also a racing set with loops and stunts! Talk about exciting!

Check out the action!

This isn't the classic set of dominos you had when you were growing up. Remember those? I sure do! This is a new way to play the classic game with friends and family. Your kids will get to use their creativity and will love watching the dominos crash and fly! This is the ultimate dominos set for the holidays!

Features

Line them up and watch them tumble! Domino Rally® is a great activity that improves fine motor skills, planning skills, and imagination, as kids design their own set-ups in this open-ended activity. This classic domino race set is an adventure that never ends, but it’s also an engineering activity that’s a great fit with STEM and STEAM, and a lot more fun than normal domino sets. The Domino Rally® Epic Loop pack includes 50 multi-colored dominoes for kids, 38 specially-crafted speed dominoes that fall at a lightning pace, four custom domino tracks, and one spectacular loop-de-loop. These domino sets are sold in Europe and Canada under the name Domino Express®. For 1 or more players, ages 6 and up.

Sharable Games for Siblings

Pop the Pig is the perfect game for siblings to share!

My kids amaze me every day by how well they play together and share their toys. They're 5 1/2 years apart in age, so I figured that they wouldn't have a whole lot of interest in playing together, but I couldn't have been more wrong about that. I love that they love each other so much and love to share and play! They love to play games together and Goliath has so many cool games for kids!

Pop the Pig is a really fun and silly game that both of my kids can play together and enjoy. It's easy to play, easy for them to take turns with, and it's just so silly and so much fun!

Features

Pop the Pig ® is an international preschool classic that is adored by millions of children – it was the top-selling preschool game in 2016 and 2017 according to retailer sales data collected by NPD! Kids spin the spinner, pop a hamburger into the pig’s mouth and push down on his head. The more they pump, the more his belly grows until . . . pop!

Kids love the suspense as they watch his belly grow; the player who makes his belly burst loses the game. Children can quickly reset this pig game with one pump of the pig’s head and experience consistent belly busting game-play each and every time. Pop the Pig provides hours of fun and is completely kid powered (no batteries needed). For added convenience, all pieces can be stored inside the pig. Kids won’t see a pop up pirate, but they will get to pop a pig. For ages 4 and up, 2-6 players. From the makers of Gooey Louie and Jumping Jack.

For the Family

Fun for the teens and adults!

My sister and I have always loved pop culture and trivia. Last Christmas, we played a fun pop trivia game through an app on her phone, which required the person guessing the answers to place their phone on their forehead. There's got to be a better way to play, right? Well, Fantastic Pop Trivia is it! It's a super fun game for the whole family! This is going to be the game we sit around and play for hours when we're all together after Christmas this year, and I can't wait! I have big plans to beat my sis and bro-in-law in this game!

Features

Quiz your family and friends and find out who the Pop culture expert is! Featuring 900 questions across six decades, Pop Trivia covers every aspect of popular culture from flares to feng shui and Beatlemania to breakdancing! Categories include Fads & Fashion, TV, Film, Music, Sports and Name the Year. For 2 or more players, ages 14 and up.
