My mom received an Instant Pot for Christmas last year from my dad. In the past year, she's used it maybe five times. It all comes down to not knowing exactly how to cook in it. I never thought I would love wine as much as I do now. When I was growing up, wine on the table at family gatherings was just the norm. Now, at the end of a long day, I really look forward to relaxing and unwinding with a glass of wine. As it turns out- there's a lot to learn about wine!
