Great Holiday Gift Books for the Whole Family from Workman Publishing #MBPHGG18

Thanks to Workman Publishing for providing samples for my review. All thoughts are my own.

Do you have book lovers in your family? I have a lot of them in mine, and every holiday season, I look for the best new titles to gift to adults and kids, alike. Just about every member of my family has a true thirst for knowledge, and can't get enough information. From the little ones to the seasoned adults, everyone seems to love and enjoy a good book. Lucky for me (and you, too!), Workman Publishing has put out some fantastic new titles for the holidays, perfect for gift-giving!

Kids will love Indestructibles!

A chew-proof book for babies and toddlers? Here it is!

Indestructibles are perfect for babies and toddlers! The bestselling Indestructibles series (September 18; $5.95) that babies love to sink their gums into delivers three new installments that explore the sights and sounds of the town, farm, and bustling metropolis. Built for the way babies read, and uniquely designed for safety and convenience, Indestructibles are printed on lightweight, nontoxic paper material, easy to clean (even dishwasher safe), and 100% chew, rip, bend, and drool proof.

Little Bean loves these books! She's pretty hard on her board books and wants to move to thinner pages, but she's a 'ripper,' as we like to warn others. She literally cannot rip the pages from this book. They bend and move, but they don't rip. She can chew them, spill juice on them, and it's no big deal. They're super easy to clean and share with friends, and they make awesome gifts!

Cooks and non-cooks will love the Instant Pot Cookbook

Easy recipes for the Instant Pot!

My mom received an Instant Pot for Christmas last year from my dad. In the past year, she's used it maybe five times. It all comes down to not knowing exactly how to cook in it. This collection of recipes is perfect for anyone who wants to up their IP game. I put an Instant Pot on my Christmas list this year, and I can't wait to try some of these recipes!

How to Instant Pot: Mastering All the Functions of the One Pot That Will Change the Way You Cook by Daniel Shumski (October 31, 2017; $16.95) The only Instant Pot cookbook that is organized by function, How to Instant Pot is both a guide to understanding the Instant Pot basics and a foodie's creative collection of over 100 recipes specially crafted to take advantage of the Instant Pot's many virtues, from cooking perfect risottos in six minutes, no stirring required, to five kinds of yogurt, to creating one-hour killer chili and soups from scratch, using dried beans.

It's Wine o'clock somewhere!

A great little gift for wine lovers!

I never thought I would love wine as much as I do now. When I was growing up, wine on the table at family gatherings was just the norm. Now, at the end of a long day, I really look forward to relaxing and unwinding with a glass of wine. As it turns out- there's a lot to learn about wine! My dad loves wine, too, and when I saw this fun Good Wine 2019 Calendar, I knew it would make the perfect gift for him! It's filled with wine info, tips, and suggestions.

A Year of Good Wine Page-A-Day Calendar 2019 ($14.99). Adapted from the New York Times bestselling The Wine Bible by legendary wine writer Karen MacNeil, this calendar addresses wine queries and curiosities. A Year of Good Beer and A Year of Good Whiskey are also available.
