Happy Saturday, friends! Can you believe we are just about ready to wrap up the month? We're working on having a fun-filled weekend, starting off with Halloween Practice.
Wait...Halloween PRACTICE?!?!
Okay, so it's not really Halloween practice, but the girls will be donning their costumes as we head to our local library today for the 14th Annual Mardi Gross and Halloween Comic Fest. This will be our first visit to this particular event and the girls are super excited.

| Our library always has something fun going on. Last weekend the girls enjoyed the "I Want to Act" event presented by Scott Kealey, an acting teacher at Seven Angels Theater in Waterbury. Since it's a rainy day, I'm not sure what else we'll be getting around to, as far as activities are concerned. I do know that I'm glad that I planned on making Portuguese Soup for today, this rainy day is perfect for it!
