Earlier this summer, there was one movie that stood out on our must-see family movie list: Hotel Transylvania 3! When we heard that there would be a third installment of one of our favorite movies, we were over the moon and maybe even a little batty! B and my hubs saw HT3 on the big screen this summer, and I have been chomping at the bit to see it ever since. Well, my wait is finally over! Hotel Transylvania 3 is now available on Digital HD, and tomorrow is the big day for the Blu-ray, DVD, and 4K Ultra HD release! To celebrate, we're having a little party, and I'm excited to share lots of fun toys, accessories, recipes & activities to help you create the ultimate Hotel Transylvania 3 Movie Night for your family!

Fun Accessories to help you plan the perfect HT3 Family Movie Night!

With a little help from Jazwares, we have everything we need to have a spooky evening with the Drac pack!

First, you'll need the movie...

We couldn't have an HT3 movie night without the actual movie, right? HT3 released last week on Digital, and it'll be available to purchase on Blu-ray, DVD, Combo Pack & 4K Ultra tomorrow (10/9/18). Walmart has an exclusive combo pack available which has an amazingly fun VR activity along with it! You won't want to miss out on that, so be sure to look for HT3 at Walmart this week! Once you have the movie in hand, you can watch it however you like. My kids have already watched the digital version on the TV at home, and on their devices while in the car, etc. So awesome to be able to watch our favorite movie in different formats!

Spooky Movie Night Snacks

We never watch movies without snacks. That's just how this mummy and her little monsters roll. We can't go wrong with popcorn, though! We like to spice it up and add little extras to our popcorn to make a popcorn mix. We add things like little candies or sprinkles and sometimes use popcorn to make a trail mix. The kids love it! Grab our Monster Mix Snack recipe & make it for your movie night!

Get into Character

Movie night is way more fun when you get into character! We've had lots of fun dressing up as bats, vampires, and Bean even has an adorable little Mavis costume, complete with bat ears and bat wings! You can look for Hotel Transylvania 3 costumes for your movie night to get the kids even more excited! Even if you have older kids who aren't super into dressing up, you can have fun creating creepy looks with facepaint and makeup. Even mom and dad can get in on the fun!

Invite the Drac Pack to the party!

Jazwares is the official partner with Sony for HT3 fun, and has an incredible collection of HT3 toys! Our movie night was even more fun because we had some cool HT3 figures, tiny toys, and plush toys to hang with during the movie! We had a chance to play with Drac's Pack, which is a 4-piece figure set, including Drac, Dennis, Mavis & Johnny. We also checked out the cool HT3 Monster Mayhem Collectibles, which my kids went crazy for! They're blind boxes, so you don't know which character you'll get, and each box comes with a teeny tiny key to unlock the fun and reveal your surprise character! Collect them all! Bean is particularly smitten with our HT3 plush Dennis doll. He's so huggable!

We had such a fun HT3 movie night! We played with our new HT3 toys from Jazwares, stayed in costume during the movie, and of course, enjoyed yummy popcorn, and had lots of laughs while we watched our favorite monsters! HT3 is just as amazing as Hotel Transylvania & HT2! We're so excited to own all three HT movies, and continue to have fun as a family as we watch them together.
