I don't know about you, but this past week has been a long one. I feel like sleep is eluding me and no matter what I have to be the responsible adult. I will tell you running E to school, working full time and travel time for work has this mom running on E.
Even when I am sleeping I feel my view is always looking out the windshield and driving somewhere. This weekend I will be in the car Again.... this time for leisure as we are traveling to Washington DC for the upcoming marathon. No sleep for this mom. I am looking for any and all ways to learn to unwind. I want to turn off my brain for a while.
How do you unwind? How do you refuel when you feel you are running on E?
I don't know if I would say I unwind, but I do stay up way too late to enjoy time to myself.
