When I sat down with my seven-year-old son so he could make his Christmas list this year, there were two recurring themes: Star Wars and race cars. Star Wars is wildly popular, especially with the latest installment in the franchise hitting theaters in mere days! B has loved race cars since he was a tiny tike, and between the two, they are things that this mommy just isn't into & doesn't really understand. Good thing the boy has a Star Wars and race car-loving daddy to play with!

I'm often at a loss when it comes to cool toys for boys. In my mind, my son is still three years old, wanting to play with planes and trains. In truth, he decided that he loved Star Wars as soon as he knew what it was, much to his father's happiness.

The set is so neat- it comes with a carry case, and the tracks actually attach to the case, so there aren't parts strewn all over the place when you want to play with this set. The cars have incredible speed, going fast, fast, fast!

This is a great toy for kids, and also sibling sets! I know that B can't wait to race these cars with his cousin on Christmas Day. It'll be a lot of fun to watch. The set is easy to set up and comes with everything you need to have tons of racing fun!
