My Crazing pregnancy craving of cream cheese had me up late one night searching Google for dessert ideas. I thought to myself, "there must be more ways to add this ingredient to my diet". Sure enough, I discovered a super simple recipe that is easy to customize. It's sure to be a hit in your home!
I got this recipe for Cream Cheese Cake Mix Cookies from Just a Pinch Recipes. I used German Chocolate cake mix and Heath Bits as my add-ins, the possibilities are truly endless.

What do you need?
1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix
8 oz cream cheese- room temp
6 tablespoons butter- room temp
1 egg
3/4 cup Heath Toffee bits
Preheat oven to 375
Cream butter and cream cheese together
You can use a mixer for this step, I just hate pulling mine out and cleaning it.
Add egg and continue to mix until well blended, then slowly stir in cake mix
Once a thick dough is formed and all cake mix is incorporated, add toffee bits
Spoon dough onto your baking sheet, line with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Bake 10-12 minutes.
