It's that time of year where the weather is totally unpredicatable. Every day last week, we woke up to lows in the 40's and 50's, which is almost unheard of for this time of year in the Piedmont of NC. We're topping out in the 70's and 80's rather than the 90's, and I hope these gorgeous temperatures are here for good! Baby S started Day School last week, and I wanted to make sure that she was dressed appropriately for chilly mornings without having to pack lots of layers back and forth between home and school. Kids clothing can be pricey and can add up quickly, so I tend to look for cute clothes that are budget-friendly, yet still durable, high-quality pieces that will last all season long.

We're having a lot of luck with Healthtex kids clothing. They offer stylish and affordable clothing for babies and kids, and they're available at Walmart. Walmart isn't usually a place I tend to shop for clothing, but when I find a great clothing brand, I don't care where it's sold- I will go out of my way to make a purchase, if necessary.

 Baby S loves her sweet little Kitty Cat dress by Healthtex.

We received an absolutely adorable baby girl dress for S from Healthtex, and quickly fell in love with its whimsical print, cute design, and comfort offerings. The mint green dress features an adorable kitty cat print and has black trimmed details. We paired it with a pair of black leggings, and S happily wore the dress to church, and we plan to make it a regular outfit for school, as well. We received numerous compliments on this sweet little dress, and I am excited to head to my local Walmart or shop Walmart online to look for more fun styles!

Play and discovery is highly encouraged at Day School. S may get dirty, she might wind up with snack all over her clothes, so why would I want to spend an arm and a leg on outfits for the fall season? I want budget-friendly clothing that will still hold up through many days of wearing, cycles through the wash, etc. We've been really pleased with this cute dress, and I am looking forward to planning more fun Healthtex outfits for Baby S this fall and winter.
