Happy Saturday! This weekend is starting off with R's first ever soccer practice. This year, both girls will be playing (on different teams of course), and they are super excited. I'm pretty excited too, but I am also a little worried about how I am going to balance both girls playing, especially once school starts.

Thankfully, both girls will be playing with the same league, and all of the games are at a local park that has multiple fields. I don't know what we'd do if we had to travel for games. I guess I will just focus on the excitement of a new soccer season and not worry about how crazy things could get, until they actually do.

After soccer, we'll be working together as a family to start meal planning again. I'm feeling comfortable enough with couponing to start meal planning around the sales and we've decided to bring the girls on board to help select a day of the week that they are responsible for selecting and making dinner (with help of course). This summer, their pickiness has gotten a little out of hand, so I'm hoping that this is a good solution for our family. D and R seemed thrilled about the idea when I brought it up the other day, both smiling ear to ear.
