With summer in full swing, I am (for once) enjoying every second of it. Summer break has a whole new meaning this year. This is B's first true summer vacation, and we're getting used to it not just being the two of us at home during the summer. Baby S is super active, and she's keeping us on our toes. We love to create and play all day- indoors and outside. With the constant in and out during the day, I am all about being comfortable. I don't mind wearing shorts, but if I'm totally honest, I am more comfortable in a pair of leggings and a soft tunic or dress.

I have shown you guys a cool styled LLR look in LLR leggings and an Irma Tunic in the past. As I worked with Rebecca on this style post, I was excited to try something different by LuLaRoe, a Carly.

Meet the Carly- a casual LuLaRoe dress that flows like a dream!

Rebecca and I conversed before she sent me the Carly dress. We chatted about my personal style, and color preferences. I think that some of the LLR patterns are really fun, and are prints that I would absolutely wear, but because they are so unique, I didn't want to wind up with a print that I didn't love, so I thought it best to stick with a neutral solid. Rebecca took my cues, and sent me this pretty light grey Carly. Rebecca also sent me a personal note, and a LLR nail file with a hair band. Love that extra personal touch and customer service that Rebecca provides for her customers.

Carly is now my go-to dress! It's perfect for everyday wear or a night out with friends.

My mom style is ever changing, but one thing that remains true is that I need to feel comfortable, and need to be able to freely move to keep up with my busy kiddos. The Carly is the perfect dress for me to be able to do that in. I am wearing the Carly in an XS. In this particular LuLaRoe style, you will want to size down 1-2 sizes. The Carly is fitted at the top and through the shoulders/arms, and then drapes and flows around the bottom. It's also longer in the back than it is in the front. If you don't like the high/low hemline, don't worry- this isn't a true high/low cut, rather just a tease on one.

The Carly is as buttery soft as all of LuLaRoe's pieces are. Their claim to fame is over their buttery soft leggings, and if you've never experienced a pair, Rebecca is standing by to help you get a pair of leggings or another fabulous piece of LuLaRoe clothing into your hands. I wish all of my clothing felt as fabulous as my LLR pieces.

I could wear this Carly a lot of different ways. I could wear it with full leggings and an open cardigan in the fall, with a fab pair of boots (can't wait to do that, by the way). I could also wear it alone, but it does need something underneath it- so plan on wearing a slip dress if you plan to do that. It would look great belted, though belts look silly on me, so I probably won't be wearing it that way. It would even look great with a denim jacket during the spring or fall seasons.

I love the versatility of LuLaRow pieces. They really can be worn several different ways- it's ll about your personal style, and what makes you feel most comfortable. If you're new to LuLaRoe, I would recommend starting out with a pair of their buttery soft leggings. You can pair those with a classic tee, an Irma, etc. If you love wearing dresses, definitely try a Carly. There are no guessing games with the Carly. What you see is what you'll get, and I guarantee that you will love it!
