  1. I took my toddler to the one today at High Point. It said on the website that there was going to be all of this stuff to do and they had nothing but pictures. We waited in line 1.5 hours before they even told us. It was aweful. They quit printing pictures and we had to use our phone. Some of the staff was so rude and wouldn't let my son take a picture with Chase when he came back to the stage as we were walking off. It was not worth the wait and was put together horribly.

  2. This event was terrible. We waited in line for 4 hours just to be told that we could not get a picture because of the weather. We pre-registered, but there was no point because we had to register again when we got there. Walmart is awful. Thousands of kids and parents waiting in the hot sun and the did not offer anyone any water. The manager's were out there, but did not seem to care about the children. When the announcement was made that the event was ending early, all that could be heard was hundreds of children crying because they did not get to meet the characters. This was a waste of time.

  3. I went yesterday with my 3 year old son who loves Paw Patrol, my 3 year old Niece and my 9 month old. Waited in line for over 3 hrs. Not only did we not get to do what yall advertised saying we could do all these activities, the systems were down for preregistered people, we had to take pictures on our phones and I became extremely pissed off at one of ur workers. Honestly the only good that came out of it was my kids got to meet skye and chase. Maybe yall should say on your site that the kids can only do the bus activities on certain days. I drove over 2 hrs to go to the event to leave disappointed and with sunburned kids. And i was one of the first ones in line and saw an older lady pass out from standing in the heat. They should have had everything up and going before letting people in.

    1. Hi Lori, please understand that Mommy's Block Party had/has no connection to this tour or these events. We were simply sharing information send to us via a press release. Honestly, I have been to similar events, and expected very long lines- that's what happens when you attend free events which are extremely popular. Bad weather sometimes makes for challenging situations at outdoor events. I have no personal knowledge of which activities are available in certain cities for the tour. As for sunburn, I would imagine that reapplying sunscreen and keeping kids protected via sunshades, hats and cover-ups would prevent sunburns from happening. Those are the measures I take to protect my own kids from sunburn when we're outside for several hours. Just my two cents. Even though I have no affiliation with Spin Master, who puts on this particular tour, I am sorry for your disappointing experience. Glad they got to meet some of the Paw Patrol characters. Terrible that anyone passed out due to the heat. Hopefully those attending the event had enough good sense to bring along plenty of water, snacks, and other provisions. 2 hours is a long time to drive to an event like this, but I've learned over the years that you just can't be upset if an event such as this one doesn't go as planned. There are so many factors in what does or doesn't actually come toegther. At MBP, we enjoy sharing about events we think our readers will find enjoyable, and again- have no affiliation with the folks who put the events on, nor are we compensated to share information. We simply posted the press release which came directly from Spin Master. If you have complaints (which are valid, by the way), you might want to direct them to Spin Master. I am truly sorry that the experience wasn't what you had hoped or if it wasn't what the company putting the event on advertised.
