This is a sponsored conversation from Mums the Word Network and The Stork OTC. All opinions are my own.

2016 was an amazing year for us, as we welcomed our beautiful baby girl into the world. Baby S was prayed for- for many years before she was conceived in 2015. My husband and I were blessed with a beautiful baby boy in 2010, and I ached for him to have a sibling to grow up with. Our financial reality kept us from trying to conceive again for five years. After many discussions, my husband and I decided that the time was right to try for another baby.

We knew that if we wanted to optimize our chances for conceiving, there were some things that we could and should do. I wondered if I would have a hard time getting pregnant. After all, I was six years older than I was when I conceived my son in 2009. The thought was constantly on my mind. My husband and I both had some work to do before we tried for another baby. I had some complications during my first labor and delivery, and wanted to make sure that we were both as healthy as possible from the start with a second pregnancy.

As we prepared and made plans to try for our second child, I began tracking ovulation, etc. We also started to eat healthier, exercise daily, and meditate for relaxation. One thing that I wished I had known about when we began trying for Baby S, is Stork OTC.
