The past few weeks have been insanely busy for our family. B started Kindrgarten two weeks ago, and before school began, there were all kinds of crazy errands that we needed to run, and there were last minute things to take care of. There was the annual school physical that had to happen, we had to purchase school supplies, and shop for school uniforms. There were new student socials, school orientation, informational meetings, and all of this was folded in with out regular routine.

Running around like crazy with a five-year-old, and a four-month-old often lwaves me feeling tired and cranky. At the end of a long day my feet are usually killing me, and I dread having to go out and do it all over again the nest day. Not too long ago, I ran across Mox- a fabulous shoe company with a comfy shoe and unique design.

Like a majority of females, the founders of Mox love shoes.  The problem is that most shoes aren’t practical.  Whether you are teaching science to 8th graders, running after toddlers, giving a presentation at work or dancing the night away, most of us want to be comfortable but meanwhile showing off our fashionable side. Mox was the answer!

Mox began in Australia by a woman wanting an all day, anywhere shoe with a twist.  Mox was launched in late 2011 Down Under and once we tried on a pair, we knew we had to get Mox to the US!  3 years later, we formed Divvy Out, LLC and Mox Shoes in California and we are ready to show Americans why Australians have moved from comfort beyond the flip flop with Mox.

I was super intrigued by Mox. They looks comfy and stylish, and I couldn't wait to try a pair for myself. I had a hard time picking a color, but decided to go with basic black. Black flats are a must-have! My Mox arrived in a nice package, and came with a netted sling bag. Very cute!

The Mox are fabulous. They are a lightweight, versatile ballet flat you can wear anywhere for every occasion. Each Mox shoe is detailed with a basket weave pattern. These are perfect for this time of year. It's still hot outside, and Mox gives me the opportunity to show off my pedicure while still wearing flats. The true test for the Mox was enduring a day of shopping and running errands. They were very comfortable to wear around the house. I loved wearing them for about the first 30 minutes of our errand-running, and then the Mox began to rub my feet. I got these in a 7.5, which is the size I normally wear, but wished I had gone up half a size for more room. My advice would be to order up.

I have worn my Mox with dresses and skirts, jeans and shorts. They really do go with everything. They're great for a quick slip on shoe, and can be worn to work, out on the town, etc. I have had others ask about these shoes, and I have happily shared all about them. They are lightweight and easy to wear. I definitely want another pair of Mox, in a different color. I love variety!
