Crock Pot Chicken and Noodles #TastyTuesday

So I am sitting here trying to rack my brain for something the family can eat and enjoy.  Oh, you know, something that won't take forever to prepare but tastes like it did.  Something that I can spoon up real quick before my boy goes off to soccer practice and my girl heads out for dance.  Something that I can use as I am running around with my head cut off trying to remember cleats, shin guards, hair bands, diapers, lesson plans and a million things just like you!

What did I land on??? Good ol' chicken and noodles.  But it's still summer you say!  Yeah, well desperate times call for desperate measures.  Besides, pair it with a fresh green salad with tomatoes from your garden or your mom's or neighbors and you're good to go.

I am not a cook nor do I claim to be good at it, but this is so easy!

1 family size can of cream of chicken soup (or two of the regular size cans)
Chicken breasts (I use boneless/skinless because I'm lazy it's what we like)
salt/pepper to taste
1 package of no yolk noodles

Dump chicken in your crock pot.  I suggest you use a crock pot liner to help you clean up easier.  Empty your can of soup and then add water to cover chicken.  Heat on low for 6-8 hours.  Add noodles about 10-15 minutes before you eat. 

Add a colorful salad to make yourself feel like you are supporting healthy living in your house, even if you and your husband are the only ones who eat it.

And that's it folks.  Super easy meal that makes you feel like you are a good mom, because you are!  You are doing it and we all need a pat on the back for all we do!
