The older we get the more aches and pains we feel. I have back pain but I guess 18 years of teaching Kindergarten where I'm sitting in little chairs and on the floor will do that to a person! My pain lately has been in the heel of my foot. I was excited to try out the line of Salonpas products. And even more excited to share with my husband and Dad who have worse pain than I do. This package arrived and I immediately rubbed the Deep Relieving Gel on my foot and could feel some relief. I loved the smell and it just feel good on my foot. I also used on the the Pain Relief Patches, but I couldn't get it to stay on. It's not a convenient place for something to stick too. My husband has had some shoulder pain the past couple weeks due to some things he does at work. Of course, he won't go to the doctor. He has been wearing a Pain Patch on it every day for over a week and says though the pain is still there it's not nearly as bad as it had been. My Dad has a bad knee and has had a cortisone shot in it twice in the past 6 months and they don't relieve the pain longer than 2 weeks. My Dad has chosen not to have surgery on his knee at his age. He is using the Deep Relieving Gel and the Pain Patches on his knee. He also really loves the smell of the gel. Although, his pain is still there he says it defintly helps relieve it when he uses these products and will continue to use them.
