Good Morning!!  I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.  We sure did at our house.  We had family in and we have played and eaten and had the best time!!  How nice it is to just enjoy each other.  But, today the family all left to go home and Daddy is at work...so Aiden and I are cleaning up and trying to get the house put back into some sort of order.  We are starting with the playroom.  Aiden has gotten lots of new things to add to the already full playroom so we are armed with boxes and bags and we are ready to clean.  I was explaining to him the old saying, 'Out with the old, in with the new.'  We have found a local charity here in our town that we are going to donate A LOT of our gently used toys too.  Prevent Child Abuse Rowan is a safe haven for families in abusive situations to come to for help and counseling.  I was connected with them over the holiday season through their angel tree project.  I hope to begin to volunteer some there in the new year.  Aiden is learning how important it is to help others and give back to your community.  This doesn't seem like much but this act of kindness will be a blessing to many children.
