Getting To Know Shaun Marie- #gettingtoknowyouthursday

Hello readers, this is my very first Getting to Know You and it is very nice to meet you!
The most important thing to know about me is that I live and breathe for my four- yes FOUR crazy boys and my hubby Ryan.
As I'm sure you can see, there is no lack of personalities in this bunch!
What's for dinner?
Great question! We have an insane week in the Jones Household. This evening we have football practice, a soccer tournament, and I am hosting an Open House at my office. With a total lack of time and preparation the Kiddos are going to be enjoying the most simplistic of meals... chicken nuggets, French fries, and some type of "dreaded veggie". I promise that next time I post one of these, I will have something much yummier and homemade.
What am I listening to?
Oh Pandora how I love thee... I have a pretty varied taste in music. Therefore Pandora is my best bud at work. I currently have on a mix of Jason Alden, Dave Matthew's Band, Today's Hits, and the new household obsession- Pitch Perfect Radio. I work in a medical office, and there are only so many insurance verifications I can run without wanting to fall asleep or just plain lose my mind, so music is a key component of my day.
What am I looking forward to?
This year, my oldest son is playing youth football for the first time. We are a football house, so naturally seeing him in uniform on the field makes my heart want to burst with excitement. His team and coaches are so awesome, they made it to the Championship this coming weekend! After the game regardless of a win or a loss (psssh of course we're going to win!), the team and their families are going out for a celebratory dinner at a local restaurant. I am certainly not complaining about that... guess who gets out of making dinner another night ; )
What's coming up?

With all of the excitement of sports in our house, I just realized that Thanksgiving is in just two weeks! Thankfully, I am not hosting this year(I get to host Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). But I will be bringing my special green bean casserole to share. We don't really get into the whole Black Friday shopping bonanza, so the day after Thanksgiving is our day to get the house decorated for the rest of the season. We will also kick-off holiday movie watching that day. What types of special traditions does your family take part in for Thanksgiving weekend?
