I'm just a couple of months into my pregnancy, and starting to feel so much better! I have been fighting the not feeling well blues, which come along with the first trimester of pregnancy for quite a while, but am happy to report that I am just about in the clear! I am looking forward to my second trimester of pregnancy. I know I'll have a bit more energy, and my little bump will start to show!
One of the things that I have sort of dreaded about pregnancy, however, is the fashion. Maternity-wear can be oh, so unflattering. One of the nice things about many of the women's fashion trends right now, is that there are many versatile pieces out there that can be carried over from your pre-pregnancy wardrobe, and then can continue to carry you through pregnancy and beyond!

Among the beautiful pieces, was the Put a Print on It Dress. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it, and couldn't wait to see it in person and try it on! This is a dress that I would wear everyday. It's perfect for a casual day out, a night out on the town, or for special ocassions. I happened to wear the dress for a very special ocassion- the baptism of my niece, M.

The dress is a navy and white print- almost in a chvron pattern, due to the zig-zags. Chevron is super popular right now (I don't think it's going anywhere), so this dress absolutely fit the trendy bill. The dress features a button sleeve, and a gorgeous embroidered design at the bottom. The embroidery looks like a cross between little white daisies and starbursts! The bottom of the dress is scalloped all the way around, is is simply adorable!
I paired the dress with leggings and boots, and a simple necklace from my own collection. We were at church around 8:30 am for the baptism, and then we had a family brunch later that morning. I was in the dress for several hours, and was super comfortable. The dress was flowy, and moved with me, which I appreciated! The length of the dress is appropriate to wear on its own, or paired with tights or leggings. It looks great any way you choose to style it!

Everyone loved this cute dress, and I received several compliments on it when I wore it out and about. I definitely plan on wearing this dress for as long as I am able to through my pregnancy, and will be glad when I can wear it again postpartum!
