Fall Spotlight Sponsor: Discovery Toys with Nathalie {Review} #review #discoverytoys

Fall is here and that means the Holidays are right around the corner. What are better gift, than an educational toy? Where might you find them, look no further than Discovery Toys with Nathalie. Nathalie is one of our MBP Spotlight Sponsors and is also a Direct Sales Consultant with Discovery Toys.
Started in 1978, Discovery Toys, is a direct sales company that specializes in educational toys. It began over 35 years ago, when an early childhood educator brought a group of teachers and parents together to look at education through play. Today, with headquarters in Livermore, California, they are the front runner in the educational toy category, and are focused on educational products of the highest quality, that are innovative, safe, and highly engaging.

Discovery Toys offers toys, books, games, and music for newborns through school aged children with a mission to teach, play, and inspire. They combine multiple learning levels within every toy, focusing on a child's senses and all three learning styles, while empowering the child to grow and advance with the product. They work carefully with their manufacturing partners to incorporate an experience, that stimulates multiple centers in the brain simultaneously, to promote critical thinking and imaginative play. All of their products also meet and exceed safety standards. Discovery Toys products are sold in both the US and Canada.

Nathalie was excited to share some of the amazing products that Discovery Toys offers with us. She sent me a little package, just for us, to try out and share our thoughts, with our readers.

Our package from Discovery Toys with Nathalie is here!
C was excited to get to open a package all on her own, usually she has to share with big sister and big brother.

Inside we found these cool things...

The Discovery Toys Kidnoculars are the only binoculars designed specifically for little kids. They are geared for ages 3+ and are built kid tough, designed to last for years. These binoculars have enlarged, focus-free eyepieces (more than three times the size of ordinary binoculars), perfect fit goggles (with placement guide), 2x magnification, rubberized drop points, and a breakaway neck strap.

These binoculars are extra cool, they are the perfect size for little hands and little faces. They are easy to use and fun to play with. The Kidnoculars retail for $18 and have been given many awards, including the 2013 Parents' Choice Recommended Award Winner, Today’s Parents Magazine-The Ultimate Toy Guide 2013, and the Canadian Toy Testing Council-3 Star Seal.
C LOVES her "noculars" and has spent countless hours walking around the house searching for things. She also enjoys sitting in our kitchen and looking out the windows for the birds. She gets so excited when she sees one. They are the perfect size for her hands and she has no trouble using them. S is also a big fan of them and uses them mostly to watch out our windows to the birdfeeders.

Here are some that caught my eye

I was amazed to find this great page, dedicated to listing Discovery Toy options for those who are on the Autism Spectrum. Children with developmental disabilities, such as autism, develop at a unique rate and pattern of development.
