Tasty Tuesday- Snacks and Meals are a Breeze with Mixes from Diplicious Affiliate Regina Bell #Review

If you were to ask me what my favorite room in the house is, my answer would definitely be the kitchen. It's far from being my dream kitchen, but I love preparing family favorite recipes, bonding with the girls while teaching them how to cook, and experimenting with them as they attempt to create their own recipes.

We got to try something new in the kitchen, recently, when we were given the opportunity to work with Diplicious Affiliate Regina Bell. Diplicious is a family owned business, run by mother-daughter team (I love that!) Shelly and Gaby. They created a business that allows them not only to work together, but to share their love of delicious food with others. Each Diplicious mix is easy to prepare (just add a few simple ingredients you likely have on hand) and only costs $3.99!

We received 4 mixes from Regina to test in our kitchen: Gaby's Garlic Delight Bread Dipper, Shelly's Salsa Mix, Chili Cheese Dip, and Simply Cheesecake Dip. I am a huge garlic bread fan, so I was immediately drawn to the Gaby's Garlic Delight Bread Dipper mix. I read what ingredients I would need and had them all on hand, but there was also mention of using the mix to make a scampi dinner, and since I had some chicken tenderloin on hand, guess what happened next?

Please Pardon the Mess on the Counter

We got right to work preparing the mix. We followed the directions on the package as if we were making the bread dipper, but used it instead to marinate the chicken tenderloin (that I cut into bite-sized pieces) for a nice chicken scampi dinner!

Here's the recipe:

Prepare 1 Package of Gaby's Garlic Delight Bread Dipper According to Package Directions

Allow it to Sit for Flavors to Blend

Coat Chicken in Mix, Add to Frying Pan, and Cook Over Medium Heat for About 20 Minutes, Stirring Often

Serve Chicken Over Spaghetti with Yummy Veggies on the Side

This Dinner Was So Good, Even the Plate Loved It!

We've only used the one mix so far, but I can't wait to try all of them. Since we used the first mix for a marinade instead of a dip, I am kind of on a self-imposed mission to figure out ways to use the other mixes and incorporate them into meals. I have a feeling the cheesecake dip mix would make an excellent breakfast treat!

Want It? Get It!

If the chicken scampi has you drooling (I know I still am), connect with Regina today. You can visit her Diplicious Website to purchase your own package (or packages, I know I wish I had more right now) of Gaby's Garlic Delight Bread Dipper. Be sure to check out the other dips as well. I'm looking forward to using the Shelly's Salsa Mix with some steak strips and I'm still working on an idea using the Chili Cheese Dip! I'd love to hear suggestions from my fellow "foodies" once you've tried some of these mixes, so be sure to let me know which ones you try!
