We've all had those days- One thing, then another, then another seems to go wrong. I want to give up, I tell myself I was probably not meant to do it, and I get so frustrated that my head feels like it could really explode "this time".
Thankfully, I can usually work my way out of these funky moods, but it's always nice to have a visual reminder or cue of sorts to help snap me out faster. Here's one that I find particularly useful and I wanted to share with you all!
