Wordless Wednesdays: Love You to Pieces Valentine Craft

Happy Wednesday, and Happy February! I'm a few days late with the warm February wishes, but I've been all kinds of busy lately. Last week was insanely busy, and we were out almost every night last week! This week is (a little) slower, but still busy. B missed a day of school last week, and kindly shared his cold with me, and his daddy over the weekend... so now the grown-ups are pathetic and sniffly. I didn't feel like total crud yesterday, so I was able to get a few things done work wise, and around the home. B was home from school yesterday (he only goes M/W/F), so we settled in to make a Valentine's Day craft for someone very special... Papa!

I drew a big heart on a piece of construction paper, and asked B to glue torn pieces of tissue paper inside of the heart.

The end result was a lovely stained-glass looking heart that B couldn't wait to present to his Papa!

I'm looking for some other crafty ideas for Valentine's Day, and came across some adorable projects! Take a look at some of the crafts I'd love to do for V-Day:
