Tres Leches Cake
One of my all-time favorite desserts is cake. My husband is a brownie man, and I am a big 'ol hunk of cake kinda gal. I pretty much love just about any cake known to man, but my absolute favorite type of cake is a Tres Leches Cake, or 'three milk cake.'
Tres Leches Cake is milky and delicious! It's a moist cake, and if you've never had it, you've got to give it a try to see what you've been missing! We have a little Cuban restaurant in our neighborhood, and we love their Tres Leches Cake! It's such a treat to go there for dinner and bring a piece of cake home. Not long ago, I was craving Tres Leches Cake, and decided that I was going to make it myself, using my Celebrating Home Bean Pot!

Serve and enjoy! The best part of the Tres Leches Cake, is that you can add a lot of different flavor variations. You can add chocolate syrup, coffee or mocha flavors, add fresh berries on top, coconut shaving, etc. You can combine all sorts of yumminess to satisfy your dessert pocket in your tummy!
Add fresh fruit to your cake for extra flavor!
Of course, you don't have to make this in a Celebrating Home Bean Pot, I just love my Bean Pot and its multiple uses, and EASY clean-up! You could make your Tres Leches Cake in a 9x13 cake pan or casserole dish (like the one pictured above), and it would turn out just as well! The longer this cake sits in the fridge, the more moist and delicious it will taste, so you could even make this a day or two ahead of time for a celebration or gathering!
Have you ever tried Tres Leches Cake?
