I started reading the booklet that came with my new scale to get a feel for it. I found out that not only does the scale take your weight, it stores it for you too. I like that I can quickly see if I am making any progress and how my results change from week to week. And, there is a 400lb limit on the scale which is a lot higher than many name brand scales. Most scales top out at 350lbs, so if you need the extra 50lbs and are worried that the scale won't hold you, it will! And, it will do it in style and you'll have the confidence to take the first steps towards bettering your health.

I've been using the scale for a while now, and I am so pleased with it. The EatSmart scale helps keep me on track while I try to lose these 50lbs I've gained since getting married.
