One of my favorite memories of a summer vacation, is when we visited the shores of beautiful Florida. We took two different trips to Florida during the summers of my high school years. One trip was to Destin, on the sparkling Gulf side, and the other was to beautiful Pompano Beach, on the Atlantic side. We're beach-lovers, so both of these destinations were perfect for our sun-loving family of four.
