My two year old is an active boy, but much like his daddy, he loves to lounge while watching a movie, reading, or even playing. I am always over-cautious when it comes to where my child lounges. Unless he's sleeping in his toddler bed, with the safety rail up, I won't leave the room he's sleeping in if he's on a couch or an adult bed. It's way too easy for him to roll over and roll off of a piece of furniture, which is why I prefer that he have his own lounge area, unless he can sit near an adult.

I was so happy to learn about Bumpidoodle, a line of adorable plush floor cushions, in cute characters that kids love! These cute friends come in two sizes- the floor cushion and the bitty pillow. They are round in shape, and have fun animal character faces. The name Bump-i-doodle was thought up by a six-year-old girl, names Ellison, from Minnesota. She wanted lots of Bumpidoodle friends to be created, so they could all play together! Bumpidoodle products was created, are designed and continue to be manufactured in the United States.

Bumpidoodle just released a brand new character, Marley Mouse, and wanted to send her to Balian so he would have a new pal to love and hug. Marley came to us nicely packaged in a big box, and wrapped in plastic. I was eager to see how big Marley really was going to be in person!

How could you not love this adorable pal?

Marley Mouse is adorable! She is 30" wide x 24" high x 20" deep, a great size for toddlers and little kiddos! She has a sweet, lovable face, complete with whiskers. Her large ears are floppy, and can cover her eyes. Balian likes to do this when it's time for Marley to take a nap. Balian couldn't wait to hang out with Marley Mouse, and asked what he ought to do with her? I explained that Marley was a kids floor pillow, and he could sit on her, hug her, lay down on her, read on her, play on her, jump on her (as long as an adult was nearby), and more!

There are eleven Bumpidoodle friends, like Frankie Frog, Dillon Dog, and Olive Owl. Marley Mouse is the newest addition to the Bumpidoodle family, and is available through Amazon. Balian and I love Marley Mouse, and I enjoy seeing him interact with her. Marley gets dragged from B's bedroom to the family room on and off through out the day, and he often asks if we can take Marley Outside to play. I hate that I have to tell him no, but one of the things I love about the Bumpidoodle Floor Cushions, is that the Marley Mouse cover unzips, can be taken off the actual cushion, and can be washed.



Bumpidoodle expanded their line of these plush pals (for certain characters) to Bitties, which are smaller in size (15″ wide x 7″ high x 15″ deep), and can be used as plush toys, pillows, etc. The bitties are so cute, also appropriate for ages 2+. We don't have a bitty yet, but I think it would be great for Balian to have one, so he can still have a favorite plush pal with him when we travel.

We love our Marley Mouse, and we'd love to extend our Bumpidoodle family, by adding a couple more larger sized friends! I think it would be great for Balian to have a Bumpidoodle at his grandma's house, and at Grammy and Papa's house, too- that way, he'll have a special place to sit when he visits his favorite people! Bumpidoodle floor cushions and bitties make great gifts for kids! B loves to curl up on Marley and take a snooze, and we love to huddle together to lounge on Marley when we read books and play.
