It's happened a number of times... I've stepped into the tub to take a shower, and have been met by a big pile of bath toys, left from the night before. Balian loves baths, and playing with his toys while getting squeaky clean, but I won't lie- I hate cleaning up the bath toys. My husband dislikes cleaning up the bath toys so much, that he usually just leaves them scattered about the tub. I'm the first person to shower each morning, and since we only have one tub, I have no choice but to spend the first few minutes of my beloved morning 'me time,' cleaning up those cute little toys, so I don't step on one of them, and break my neck.

The Bathtime Scoop from Aquatopia is really neat. The organizer comes in two pieces- the actual scoop, shaped like an alligator face, and the clamp. The clamp fits right over the lip, or edge of my standard tubs, and adjusts to the right tightness. To use the scoop, just clip it onto the clamp for organizing the toys. There is no hardware involved, and the toys are easily stored and released, when you're ready to play.

Now, we have a tub with shower doors, instead of a curtain. This means that we have to remove this cute little guy after bath time. However, we were able to find a strong suction cup, and use that with the bathtime scoop, instead of the clamp that comes with it. This way, it can stay in the tub, and actually hold the toys, allow them to dry, etc. I think the clamp is really cool though, and would love to be able to just leave it fixed to the tub that way. There's even a little soap tray on the clamp!

My household totally needs this. Right now we just put the toys in the sink to dry and then dump them under the sink in a cabinet for storage. My kids would love the alligator and I would love the toys being organized! Thanks!
