Pretty much since Cameron started solids, he has been “feeding” himself. Not well, but the effort and thought is there. Usually it falls off the spoon long before it hits his mouth, like most small children learning to feed themselves. Learn ‘n’ Turn has utensil to help them learn.
Learning to feed yourself can be a messy and difficult job when you have no real understanding of what is going on. The Learn ‘n’ Turn system is designed to “turn” to make feeding easier on children who don’t quite have the wrist movement and rotation that it takes to use a spoon or fork. The Learn ‘n’ Turn can rotate to different angles to best suit your little one and aid in proper feeding.
Cameron’s Learn ‘n’ Turn
The attachments are easy on and easy of with a simple rotation of the piece to the far center and a slight pull and it can be easily switched from fork to spoon and back to fork in seconds.
The Learn ‘n’ Turn can also be keep in a straight position so you can go from easily allowing your child to feed themselves to you feeding them and back to them. Though i'm sure if your house is like ours, it starts with you feeding and then a fit until your child gets the utensil.
When Cameron is eating with his Learn ‘n’ Turn we usually have it at a 45 degree angle, that seems best for him, however that is the great thing about this product, it can be used left or right handed (or double handed as Cameron prefers) and can be set at a number of angles to best fit your child's needs.
Learn ‘n’ Turn comes in a variety of colors to suit your boy or girl preference. You can also buy additional fork or spoon pieces or handles. You can also buy Learn ‘n’ Turn as a set with 1 handle in your choice of color and 1 fork and 1 spoon attachment.
