What does it take for a woman to feel beautiful? For me, not much. I feel the most beautiful when I feel confidant and loved. I am a long-time fan of Mary Kay. How long? Well, my mother used to sell Mary Kay when I was just a little girl. I can remember the days where she used to let my sister and I help stick labels on her products! It seemed so glamorous to me then, and it still does- even today. I have grown up using Mary Kay products, and I stand behind them, because I know from experience that they are quality products that have always provided me with visible results that last.

MK Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover- $15.00
I used the Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover first. At the end of a very long day, I headed into my bathroom to remove my makeup. Usually, I have a horrible time removing eyeshadow, mascara and eyeliner! Seriously- I often have to scrub at and around the eyes, which leaves them and my skin irritated. I wear contacts, so I have to be extra cautious when removing eye makeup. After several attempts at removing clumpy gunk, I think I have it all removed, but when I wake up in the morning, I see make up residue on my pillow, or crusted in the corner of my eye, flaked off from my lashes- just lying on my cheek (you know the story, right?). I was so, so tired of this! I have tried tons of eye makeup removers in the past that just haven't cut it! Thankfully, my experience with the Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover from Mary Kay was absolutely wonderful and completely satisfying. It was also super simple to use! I just shook the 3.75 oz bottle until it looked like the makeup remover was well blended. Next, I squirted a few drops onto a cotton pad, and gently swiped it over and around each eye. I saw my makeup on the cotton pad, and off of my face! Couldn't see anything left on or around my eye. I washed the rest of my face and headed to bed. When I woke up the next morning, my pillow was clean, and so was my face! I was so happy not to have to scrub at my face in the shower and scrape off leftover mascara!
This looks gross, but I just wanted to show the makeup that came off of my eyes using one easy sweep of the cotton pad containing a little bit of the Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover.
Here's a little more info on the Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover from Mary Kay...
There are two phases to the Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover. The top phase removes waterproof eye makeup, and the bottom phase removes any non-waterproof eye makeup. This is why I shook it up before I used it- to blend the two phases for maximum effectiveness. This is truly a unique formula, which removes even stubborn waterproof eye makeup without any rubbing, pulling or tugging! Many removers likes this one have left my skin feeling greasy, but the Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover from Mary Kay left my skin feeling nothing but clean and smooth. Yahoo! recently recognized this product as one of the best products of the year! It's one of those 'can't live without it' products- and among the top ten best-selling beauty products of 2011! This is seriously the gentlest eye makeup remover I have ever used. I didn't lose a single lash when using it- which is good, because I don't have them to spare! My eyelashes even felt like they'd been conditioned by the eye makeup remover. This is well- priced at just $15.00, and it even won a 2011 Allure magazine award! I highly suggest that every woman out there should try this product! You'll never want to go back to what you used to remove your eye makeup before this!

I also had the pleasure of reviewing the Mary Kay Lash Love Mascara in black. Now, I have to be honest... I have a love-hate relationship with mascara. I need to wear it, because I have short and thin, as well as light lashes. My husband had lashes every girl dreams of having... so unfair! Every time I try a new mascara, it presents some kind of problem- be it clumping, too thick, too thin, too flaky, horrible application wand, etc. We've all been there. What I want out of my mascara is something that's going to look natural, and last all day without flaking off. I don't want something that's going to leave me with raccoon eyes by lunch time, either!
MK's mascara wands are super helpful- offering even coating and a sweep, which lifts and fans the lashes out- leaving them looking naturally beautiful!
When it was time to try the Lash Love Mascara from Mary Kay, I was excited and nervous. I first noticed the applicator, though. I loved seeing the many, many 'spikes' on the flexible, sculpted brush. I knew this would help give my lashes a good, natural-looking coating. I did a gentle swipe over my lashes (top and bottom) on each eye and let them dry before examining. Once they were dry, I peered into the mirror and just loved the way my lashes looked! They looked gorgeous, flawless, even... and longer and thicker, on top of that! I didn't have to worry about curling them. The Lash Love Mascara from Mary Kay gently swept my lashes up and out, making them look long and lovely! The mascara coating covered extremely well, and left my lashes looking nice and full. I will never have to worry about clumpy spider lashes with the MK Lash Love Mascara! I am in love with this mascara, and this is the only mascara I have ever said that about! I didn't lose little flaky bits during the day, my lashes didn't feel like plastic teeth, I didn't have smudgy raccoon eyes by noon, or even by bedtime! With help from the Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover, the mascara wiped away easily, and I was all set until I was ready to use it again the next morning. If you have had it up to here (picture my hand floating above my head) with your mascara and you've wasted tons of money on name brands that have left you disappointed, please try the MK Lash Love Mascara! You'll be so glad you did, and your make up routine will end a happy one!

I am loving the TimeWise products! The Age Fighting Eye Cream has made a huge difference in the way I feel about my eyes! I have hereditary dark circles, and sometimes puffiness, along with the beginning stages of crows feet- can't help it... I'm twenty-nine! The eye cream has left the area around my eyes feeling luscious, supple, cool and even moisturized after applying it! The skin around my eyes looks lifted and evened-out after having used it for just one week! Amazing! I can't wait to see the results as the weeks go on! Goodbye little wrinkles! The 3-in-1 Cleanser is my new favorite cleanser! I am using it in conjunction with the Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover at the end of the day. The gentle formula of the cleanser leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean and gently exfoliated from just a simple wash! I have been using the MK Microdermabrasion Set for about five years- it's always my big beauty splurge! I only use it every fourteen days or so, and a little bit of it goes a long way. Basically- I start with the Refine, using just a dab- I apply it to my skin in a circular, upward and outward motion, while avoiding the eye and mouth areas. I continue the application for about one minute and then rinse it off. This leaves my skin looking so beautifully healthy and radiant! Next, I gently apply just a tiny bit of the Replenish, which feeds and nourishes the skin with an exclusive MK triple-tea complex. The Day and Night Solutions are a must, as well!
