Do your pets travel with you during the holiday season? Even if it's just to "Aunt Betty's house", your pets should be buckled in to their seat as any human would be within your car. In our town, accidents have increased, and I'm extra diligent about making sure that Chachi is securely fastened into his seat while driving. 

The problem is that he LOVES to look out the window, but is a rather short & small dog, and can't always see unless he's standing up, which isn't great for hard braking or even slowing down at lights.

 Luckily enough, we have a new car seat from Julibee's to keep us happy while on the road.

We were sent the large two-row seat and honestly, this piece is too big for Chachi. He's only 21 lbs, and while considered a "medium" sized dog, he's actually on the smaller scale. 

Yet, it is comfortable enough that he loves it while we are out running errands. We haven't planned any fun long-distance trips yet, but if how he loves it at home is an indication of on the road, he will be fine. 

The car seat comes with a plumb plush pillow for the pet to sit/ lie on, as well as inserts for all sides. The outer edge can zip up/ down to your preference.

With two internal safety clips, this seat could hold two small dogs, or it could allow a larger dog more room to be comfortable during movement. Those safety clips can be attached to a harness or collar.

 Each safety clip has an adjustable strap to give your dog less or more ability to move, depending on your needs.

There are straps to attach the seat to your car's own seat, and a non-slid bottom prevents movement. The straps have a buckle and are also adjustable, but are meant to wrap around two seats, so they didn't quite fit snugly around my front seat. 

I think these straps could be difficult for more SUV type vehicles that have folding seats in the back too, but they should be able to work if you fold down to place strap, then fold it back up. 

Chachi has started to become used to this car seat/ bed, but at first was really hesitant because it's larger and "louder" than other materials he's used too. The waterproof nylon with inserts does make it plump and "full", so as a bed, he's learned how to best get comfortable. 

He actually fell asleep in it while we were returning from the vet's office after receiving an allergy shot, so I think he is enjoying having the extra comfort in the car. He also was able to see out the window better, which caused less movement and stress. 

For a car seat, this is the best because it contains a waterproof machine washable covering and can fit in various spots in the car, depending on size. The front is also taller, which prevents the pet sliding off and out of both his pet seat and the actual car seat as well. 

From the front seat to the back (or even the car's trunk), this bed will make any road trip easier and less stressful for your pet! 

When not in use, we keep this inside as I often carry other people in my car, and Chachi has learned to enjoy the comforts while sleeping.
