Every once in a blue moon, I get to go on a day date with my husband. Two weeks ago, the college had spring break, so my husband got to work from home all week. We decided to grab coffee and rosemary bagel together with our toddler, at our favorite local coffee shop.
It isn't often that the two of us get to spend 'alone time' together. I know, alone time with a toddler in tow isn't really alone time, but parents have to take what they can get. Even still, we had a great time, just enjoying good coffee, saying hello to folks we knew as they walked in and out, and sharing some delicious bagels with our youngest daughter.
