This year has been one of the hardest years. I've lost so many loved ones and piecing my heart back together has been a slow process. I know it's easy to lament and get stuck in the stages of grief, but it's not okay to stay there. Despite the losses, I have gained so much. 

 Today and every day I am thankful.  I am thankful for the experiences, the love, the friendships, and the family I have.  If you have here reading this, I am thankful for you. I want to thank you for being here. Be thankful for everything as tomorrow is never promised.
