This was so easy to use. I had some really rough patches on my big toe and just below it. I applied gentle pressure, moving the file back and forth across hard-skin areas, adding slightly more pressure to thicker-skin areas. Then I followed with the Bare August exfoliating scrub.

The scrub doesn't really have a scent but the results from the scrub are supple, smooth feet. I liked that it was all natural and gentle on my skin.
