As we approach Veteran's Day, I wanted to take a minute to share a photo from a play performed by the 6-8th grade theatre arts students at my children's school. To honor veterans, the students performed 'Home of the Brave,' a play depicting what life is like for military families. The play centered around how children and their families make many sacrifices in order for their parents to serve our country.

My son was a cast member of this wonderful play, and my entire family was proud of him, and his castmates. They did a wonderful job, and this was the perfect way to honor and thank our veterans. Veteran's Day is November 11th. I have several veterans in my family, and I'll be taking time out to thank them for their service to our country. I hope you'll do the same and remember to thank the veterans you know, too!
