My house turned 50 this year and with age comes so many fixups. In early May, our central air unit broke. We have patiently waited for a new one to be placed and set up. We are still waiting.  Thankfully the weather hasn't been too hot, but this weekend has been 90° and with the bill for new heating and air-conditioning being $20,000 we are not trying to pay for takeout, so it's been dinner at home.  This mama is not turning on the stove or the oven though.  

I am so thankful for my air fryer, convection oven, instapot, and my crockpot for helping me make dinners on the daily for the last few weeks.
