This year is the first year I will not be at my Gram's celebrating Easter. I was a little sad about it but happened to stumble on a blessing I didn't know I needed last night.  I became the Easter Bunny for a family in need. A little boy woke up this morning in great spirits because his mom believed in the importance of making her child feel special. 

I didn't always feel special as a kid. Every child needs that. Holidays are not about the gift giving. They are about the memories they get from knowing love so true. Jesus died on the cross to protect us. He was reborn so we could learn the value of his sacrifice. So today when you gather with your family, look around to see how blessed you truly are.
