Your body is home to several organs, tissues, cells, bones, and other components that work in unison to ensure that you stay healthy and productive.  But that's not everything your body is made up of. There are some elements in your body that pose a threat to your health and wellbeing. And one of them is widely regarded as toxins.

Toxins are harmful to your body and, if left unchecked, can result in several health conditions, including diphtheria, whooping cough, diarrhea, bloody diarrhea, cholera, etc. Detoxifying your body is the best way to rid it of toxins. However, not everyone knows how to detoxify their body the right way.

2.  Get enough sleep

Your body produces free radicals to facilitate processes like digestion. But tobacco smoke, poor food choices, and exposure to pollutants can produce excess free radicals which are harmful to your body..

Consuming foods high in antioxidants can help your body combat oxidative stress (which is a by-product of free radicals), and other toxins.
