Back To School Recipes Are Sweeter With Florida Crystals #MBPBackToSchool21

Thanks to Florida Crystals for sending products to review. All thoughts shared are my own.

My kids have been back to school for a few weeks now and I'm finally starting to feel like I can dive into some new and healthy recipes that my kids will love.
One thing I've come to realize over the years is that ingredients matter. If you're wanting the end result of a recipe to be worth the time and effort, you have to make sure you're using the best quality ingredients every step of the way.

Florida Crystals raw cane sugar is the absolute best sugar to use when baking. I've been baking with with Florida Crystals for years and will not buy any other sugar products. I trust the 150 years of experience this company has in growing sugar cane and milling. Not only are they experts in producing the finest sugar, but they also care about this beautiful planet! Their mills are a model of sustainability and they have found ways to decrease waste across the board. It feels good to support a company like Florida Crystals and know that my money is being used to further such an incredible business.

One of my favorite ways to use Florida Crystals powdered sugar is to sprinkle it atop freshly made french toast. French toast is a favorite in my house, but it's never complete without that sweet dusting. If you think that all powdered sugar is created equally, give Florida Crystals powdered sugar a try and you'll taste the difference. Your homemade icing will be taken to the next level because the most important ingredient is the absolute best in the market.

Check out this recipe for Vegan Almond Butter Oat Bars:

These bars are incredible and the ingredients are versatile. My kids are sometimes in a "grab and go" situation where a sit down breakfast isn't in the cards. These healthy and nutritious bars are perfect for those mornings when there simply isn't time. Make them ahead, freeze a larger batch and defrost the day before they are needed. I like to cut and individually wrap the bars so that each child can grab the right sized portion. You can find this recipe and more back to school recipes on their website
