This blend has a sweet nutty aroma with notes of molasses. The taste of the first sip gives you a robust nutty boldness and flavor. I prepared it by brewing it in a drip coffee maker. It drew us in, filling the house with its nutty aroma. I enjoyed it with some non-dairy sweet cream mixed in and my husband preferred it with milk. We were pleased with its full-bodied flavor.

Hot Mess blend is a medium roast that is a small batch roasted microlot from Finca de San Jose in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. This coffee boasts of the natural flavors of toasted peanuts, molasses & caramel.
